Imation D20 Disc Publisher - It May Be Good Choice For You Too

Today, the success of Cd/Dvd based businesses depends upon the perfect production process and marketing strategies. To remain in the race, it has become necessary to adopt latest methods for reducing overall operational cost and improving quality of Cd/Dvd products. On the other side, our dependency upon the recordable mediums has also increased many times. Therefore, it becomes must to switchover from traditional means of Cd/Dvd recording and printing to advanced disc publishers. Imation d20 disc publisher may also be your right choice since I am using it in my office since last one year. But, you have other options also. EPSON PP-100,  EPSON PP-100N, EPSON PP-100N Security, MICROBOARDS CX-1 , MICROBOARDS G3 , MICROBOARDS MX-1, PRIMERA Bravo XR and  PRIMERA Disc Publisher SE DVD like models give complete freedom to chose the best suitable.

Each and every model has its own features. The selection of the model depends upon the discs printing volume, type of discs being used and to be used in future, existing operating system, environment, the desired recording accuracy and expected quality of prints. Most disc publishers deliver the prints with 48000 dpi resolution but the specifications like discs holding capacity, printing engines, software, connectivity option and Burn Speed etc varies at large. Therefore, it is must to evaluate any picked up disc publisher according to the requirements that exist or may exist in near future. I selected Imation d20 disc publisher because its specifications were closest to my requirements.

D20 Imation disc publisher allows to select any resolution up to 4800 dpi. Its 20 discs capacity was ideal for me. The presence of CMY Cartridge (53332) ensures bright, accurate and vibrant colors on variety of recordable media. It is compatible with Mac OS X v10.2, Windows Vista/XP/2000 or any better version. Recommended requirements are so simple that there would be hardly any user who will need to change existing system. It settled well with my years old PC Pentium IV 2 GHz, 500MB RAM system that luckily has USB ports too. It can be operated with two modes of power supply: 100-120 VAC or 220-240VAC. Because of its compact sleek design (15"W x14.75"H x 7"D), I could place it centrally over the partition wall of cabins.

You can’t say anything about the product’s performance unless you use it. Although the specifications were best suitable to my requirements but even then I had some doubts about its performance. But now when I myself and other staff members are using it since more than one year, we are recommending Imation d20 disc publisher to others without any hesitation. Even then, I would say again, do not follow the advices blindly; compare the requirements and specification necessarily. And, if you are a newbie, do not hitch to take free guidance from manufacturer or their outlets
